The rain has been relentless so far this season but NEMS athletes have certainly been making the most of it and we have some amazing highlights to share!
We kicked off June with an onsite NEMS meeting at Sweetwater Swim Studio with the one and only Stacy Sweetser, our resident swim ninja! She spoke about all things open-water swimming and provided amazing tools, 
resources, tips, and know-how! The session was fantastic and it was even live-streamed for those who couldn’t make it. If you have never been to Sweetwater Swim Studio you are completely missing out! I speak from experience when I say that one-on-one swim sessions with Stacy make a world of difference in both your confidence, stroke, and ability!
