Transition
The fourth discipline of triathlons. It is extremely important to have a plan of attack while heading into both transition 1 and transition 2. Due to exhaustion and mental distress, your mind typically isn’t functioning exactly normally. As a result, it is critical to have your transitions planned out if you want to execute properly and minimize the time spent in transition.
